BERMUDA-BASED INTERIOR DESIGN STUDIO

Rooted in Island Ease with a Joyful Spark

WELCOME TO THE BUNGALOW COTTAGE

Designing Spaces to Rest, Gather, Laugh, and Simply Be.

Home carries your story, your rhythms, your culture, your faith, your family, and the little details that make life meaningful. At The Bungalow Cottage, I help homeowners honour those details through rooms that feel warm, thoughtful, and loved. Spaces that support everyday life and offer room to breathe, with calm as the foundation and joy as the spark.

THE FOUNDER AND DESIGNER

Meet Michelle

I’m Michelle Samuels, the creative heart behind The Bungalow Cottage, a Bermuda-based interior design studio, rooted in island ease, meaningful details, and a joyful spirit that makes a room feel loved.

I bring beauty, breathing room, and a deeper sense of home back into the spaces you live in every day. A room should not only look beautiful. It should feel personal, welcoming, and loved.

Design Highlights

From soft bedrooms to relaxed living spaces, my design philosophy is guided by natural textures, gentle colour, thoughtful function, and details that bring warmth into everyday living. Each room begins with a simple question: How should this space help you live?
